1. Service Agreement
By scheduling service with Fresh Paws Waste Removal (“Fresh Paws,” “we,” “our”), the customer (“you,” “client”) agrees to the terms outlined below. These terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the most recent version.

2. Service Area & Access
We provide residential and commercial pet waste removal services in select areas. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure safe, unobstructed access to the yard at the scheduled time. Locked gates or aggressive pets preventing access may result in a missed service charge.

3. Pricing & Billing

At Fresh Paws Waste Removal, we strive to make billing simple, transparent, and fair for all customers.

Initial Cleanup Fee
An initial cleanup fee of $25 will be charged when you start service. This covers extra time and waste accumulation at your first visit.

Prorated First Month Service Fee
If you begin service partway through a month, you will be charged a prorated fee for services performed from your start date until the end of the current month. This ensures you only pay for the days you receive service.

 Recurring Monthly Billing
Your recurring monthly service fee will be billed automatically on the 1st of each month, covering that month’s services in advance.

Payments
Payments are processed securely by credit or debit card. You will receive a receipt via email each time a payment is processed.

Cancellations
To cancel or pause service, please provide at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.

4. Arrival Notifications & Completion
Clients will receive a notification at least one hour prior to our field agent’s arrival. Upon completion, we provide a photo of the secured gate for your peace of mind and to ensure pet safety.

5. Missed Appointments & Cancellations
If we are unable to access your property due to locked gates, aggressive animals, or other preventable issues, you may still be charged for the visit. Clients must notify us of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

6. Weather & Safety
Service may be postponed during extreme weather conditions or unsafe yard conditions (e.g., flooding, ice, overgrown brush). We will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule promptly.

7. Customer Responsibilities
Clients agree to maintain safe and accessible yards. Fresh Paws is not responsible for pet injuries or escape due to faulty fencing, damaged gates, or lack of pet supervision during or after service.

8. Liability
Fresh Paws will take all reasonable precautions to ensure professional, careful service. However, we are not liable for damages to property resulting from normal service operations unless due to gross negligence.

9. Changes & Termination
Fresh Paws reserves the right to modify services, pricing, or scheduling with notice to the client. Either party may terminate service at any time with notice.
