Our Mission

At Fresh Paws Waste Removal, our mission is to create cleaner, healthier outdoor spaces for families and their pets by providing dependable, high-quality pet waste removal services. We are committed to professionalism, transparency, and exceptional customer care—ensuring every yard we service reflects our pride in the work we do. Driven by integrity and fueled by community trust, we strive to grow our reach while never compromising the personal touch that defines who we are.

Our Owner

With 21 years of dedicated service in the U.S. Army, including six combat deployments, he’s built a life around discipline, integrity, and service. One of his most rewarding roles was serving as a Drill Sergeant—instilling values, work ethic, and accountability in the next generation of soldiers. He received multiple awards while serving most notably, the “Purple Heart”, for his sacrifice in Basra, Iraq (2007). Originally from Texas and now a proud resident here. He’s a husband and father of three. After retiring from the military, he was in search of purpose—something that allowed him to serve again, this time in the local community. That’s when Fresh Paws Waste Removal was born.

Fresh Paws will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.

The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Fresh Paws. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.

Fresh Paws has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $60 per month. However, pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs. 

The cost of the initial clean-up depends on two main factors: the size of your yard (typically based on 1/8 of an acre) and how long it’s been since the last clean-up. If there’s a larger accumulation of waste, the price may be higher to account for the additional labor. Our initial clean-up fees are $25. We’ll always assess your yard and provide a clear, fair price before getting started.

No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office.

For the safety of your pet and our technicians, we kindly ask that all animals be kept indoors or securely away from the service area during your scheduled cleanup. While we love pets, our goal is to provide fast, thorough service without causing stress to your dog — or risking any unexpected situations. Once we’re done, your pet can return to a clean and safe yard!

At Fresh Paws, we do our best to honor all scheduling requests — especially as we get started and build strong relationships with clients. If you prefer a certain day, let us know during onboarding and we’ll  do everything we can to make it work.

As the business grows, we will shift to designated service days by area to keep routes efficient and consistent. If that happens, we’ll communicate any changes well in advance — always with your convenience in mind. Your satisfaction is the priority.

No! We do not provide a specific arrival window. However, you will receive a notification at least one hour prior from our field agent arriving. Once the service is complete, we also send a photo of your secured gate to ensure your pet’s safety and your peace of mind.
